OUR STORY

Chef Jeffrey ‘’Jeff” Jacked Panda

Jacked Panda Prep To Go was created out of my love for the culinary arts and my passion for all things ‘Fitness” especially bodybuilding and understanding how to use FARM-TO-TABLE, LOCALLY GROWN ingredients to rehab my own body.

I have been in the culinary industry since I was a boy. I was the kid on the stool making custom grilled cheese sandwiches with tomatoes from Mom's garden because that was my iPhone and both parents worked “lol”.  I fell in love with BBQ, especially smoking meats like pork and brisket. “O” the struggle is real! I started washing dishes at 15 at a famous BBQ restaurant outside of Austin, TX and looked forward to the meal more than the paycheck.

I have been very fortunate to have learned and worked with Wolfgang Puck, Nobu, Chef Guy Leroy, and many other talented men who have inspired me on my culinary journey.

 

I have owned fine-dining restaurants in Merritt Island Florida. I was a Corporate Chef for Nordstrom. I have cooked for Olympic athletes at the Salt Lake City winter games in 2002. I have perfected my over-easy egg skills by working my way up in greasy spoons. I have over 20 years of culinary experience in dietary nutrition. I was the executive chef at multiple healthcare and retirement facility communities. I have been blessed to be a part of the culinary community for over 30 years. 

 

I graduated from Johnson and Wales University and traveled with my amazingly patient and kind wife of 29 years all over this great country and I have finally found a home! My family and I love the SRQ community my wife Kim works at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. Noah, who is 18, is a senior at Lakewood Ranch Senior High School and loves soccer. Harper, who is 10, attends McNeal Elementary and loves horses, soccer, and volleyball. 


Jacked Panda Prep To Go was created to help myself and all of the busy individuals who desire a fitness-inspired, chef-created, balanced diet of high-quality proteins, low glycemic index carbohydrates, and fresh farm-to-table vegetables. We prep and deliver in a reheat-to-eat microwaveable-safe container. Our food has hints of sweet heat and lots of savory flavor.
